Complete this form to have a letter confirming your eligibility for a NAIA Fee Waiver to be sent to NAIA Eligibility Center. Please complete the following steps to obtain your letter:
1) Complete this online form.
2) Once you complete this form, a requirement titled "NAIA Fee Waiver Requested" will be added to your Student Checklist. Please complete the "Student Section" of the NAIA Fee Waiver Request Form and submit it to our office.
3) When we receive both your online request and your completed NAIA Fee Waiver Request Form, we will process your request.
* Please note that by submitting the NAIA Fee Waiver Request, you are allowing the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships to release your financial aid information to NAIA.
