Instructions

Complete the Student Disbursement Request Form to initiate these payments. Disbursement requests for active undergraduate UC Merced students should be emailed to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships disbursementrequests@ucmerced.edu. If you have any questions contact Lisa Silveira, Scholarship Coordinator at (209) 228-2470. Disbursements for visiting non-UC Merced students should be directed to Accounts Payable. Please see the Student Disbursement Information Sheet for detailed information about departmental program payments. Note: Student Award Disbursements are not allowed for employment related payments. Please contact Tax Services for more information.
