Financial aid is disbursed to your student billing account (MyBill) no earlier* than 10 days prior to the first day of instruction. There are a number of tasks that you need to complete in order to make sure that your financial aid awards disburse in a timely manner. Student Refunds are usually issued within a few business days after financial aid awards are disbursed to student accounts and there is a negative balance. For information about Student Refunds, please visit the BFS website.
