First day to submit the (Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Cal Grant GPA Verification Form for the following academic year.
Jan. 16
Fees are due at Mybill.ucmerced.edu.
March 2
- Deadline for submitting the FAFSA/Renewal FAFSA for the purposes of UC grant/scholarship and state aid eligibility.
- Deadline for submitting Cal Grant GPA Verification Form.

Deadline for submitting the Continuing Student Undergraduate Scholarship Application.
April 1-30
Offers of financial assistance will begin to be available for newly admitted students at MyUCMerced.
June 1
Deadline for all students to submit supplemental documents requested by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
July 31
Deadline to complete Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Application and Multi-Year Scholarship Recipients Appeal
Nov. 1-30
New undergraduate students apply for admissions and scholarships before between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30 by completing the University of California application for Admissions and Scholarships.
